For our lesson we read most of Moses 2, learning about the creation. We picked out and drew a picture to represent what the Lord did each day. We discussed that a "day" doesn't necessarily mean 24 hours in this case, it is six periods. I believe that when we understand all the Lord knows, we will see how the laws of science fit into the gospel.
For our activity we played one of our favorite games, What If.
Our treat was a big hit, Browned Butter Cookies. The cookies were delicious on their own, but with the frosting - beyond words! And I had an excuse to try my cookie press again, with success this time.
