Ritz Cookies
I don't know if these have a different name (leave a comment if you know the real name), but my kiddos made these yummy puppies last week. They smeared peanut butter on a Ritz cracker, topped it with another cracker and dipped the whole thing in chocolate. It was a good thing they went fast, and I only got three. I don't think my waistline appreciated them as much as my taste buds!

They taste really good with those Maria's cookies in the Hispanic foods section of the grocery store (they're cheaper than ritz and taste like animal crackers)
I think one of the suggestions was chocolate covered deliciousness :)
